S U N D A Z E ….
As busy as we are in our daily lives, we should ALWAYS take a day where you can really have it for YOURSELF. Have a day where you can do absolutely whatever you’d like. Where you don’t have to go outside unless you want to. My Sundays consist of staying at home all day and just chill. Although I do a lot of my designing, and art thangz, that still is MY type of C H I L L. Where I can stay home all day, smoke and do all things that I do creative. This is the day where I can really get in the zone of designing, drawing, painting, writing, editing, etc.
Knowing that I do not have that kind of time frame to do all of that during the week, I make sure as best as I can, to always have my Sundays just for that. It’ s no fuckin joke to balance a 9 to 5 job with a passion you are trying to pursue. You really gotta be HUNGRY if you really trying to get it.
Imma be honest with you,
I’M L A Z Y AF!…..
Its HELLA easy for me to come home everyday after work, shower, and just lay the fuck down. Its hella easy for everybody to just lay in bed or the couch and look at their phones. I try to make it a habit to where every time im on my phone, whether im texting, on social media, or playing games, I take time to learn something new to better my craft. Im youtbing reviews on certain equipment I want to use or dabble in, I filtered my Instagram followings to pages who inspire me as far as art, photography, videography, anything creative. Without doing this, I was stuck on worldstarr, IG “models”, people flaunting how rich they are, how “perfect” peoples lives are, and this lists goes on and on.
Lets get the record straight. I AM NOT HATIN ON NOBODY. DO YOU, DO WHATEVER THE FUCK MAKES YOU HAPPY, but Im saying this because Im trying to put in perspective that
THE TIME YOU ARE LOOKING AT ALL THAT ON YOU PHONE, IS THE SAME TIME WASTED ON PURSUING YOUR PASSION, WHATEVER IT MAY BE.
In reality, pursuing a passion has to be NON-STOP. It H A S to be, to make it work. This doesn’t happen overnight. It hella doesn’t. But, the beauty of all this, is that, at the end of the day, this is all for the LOVE OF THE CRAFT. The feeling that you feel when you are doing something towards your dreams. This shit stressful as shit. But I can tell you right now, id rather go through this stress instead of stressing about something in my day job.
